Central Avenue Center of Hope, Inc. A Place Where All Are Welcome Many of our clients have health or emotional issues. Some come from broken or harmful relationships.

Central Avenue Center of Hope serves the many homeless, un- or under-employed, and low-income individuals and families near downtown Kansas City, Kansas. Others are victims of the economic times, are fighting addictions or the stigma of prison records. Our clients include children lacking clothing and school supplies. The needs of the community are varied and some are seasonal while others struggle on a daily basis for basic needs.

Christmas Store at Central Avenue is an opportunity for parents and grandparents to pick out Christmas gifts for their children. Today we sorted the donated items for the store - thank you to all who have donated!
We could still use more of the following: dolls, games, toys, puzzles, balls and craft kits.
Teen items such as nail polish, make-up, lip gloss, body spray for both men and women, chapstick, hats and gloves, etc.
Can you help make Christmas special for the clients at Central Avenue Center of Hope??
