SMACNA Kansas City enjoyed attending the LMC's 47th Anniversary Celebration and 26th Annual Awards Dinner yesterday evening at Argosy Casino.

During National Careers in Trades Week, we’re proud to recognize the successful completion of our Advanced Leadership Workshop—congratulations to the participants who have officially graduated from SMACNA-KC’s program.

This three-part course is designed for union sheet metal professionals identified by their employers as emerging leaders—individuals who have demonstrated the potential to take the next step and were supported through this investment in their development.

Throughout the program, graduates strengthened essential jobsite leadership skills, including:

• Professionalism on the job
