Will your kiddo be 4 by July 31, 2026?! If so, they are eligible for a developmental screening at our Early Childhood Center! See details below! 🍎📝

The LPS Parents as Teachers program, in partnership with the Early Childhood Center, offers yearly opportunities for children to participate in a developmental screening.

The screenings provide families with important developmental information about their child. Results from the screening also help us identify children to invite to our preschool program at the Early Childhood Center.

At this time we are only scheduling appointments for children who will turn four years old by July 31, 2026. Screening appointments later in the fall and throughout the year will be open to children three and half to five years old.

Screenings are available the morning of June 8 and 11. All screenings take place at the Liberty Early Childhood Center. Please prepare for one to one and half hours for the entire appointment.

If your child is 3.6 to 5 years old, they are eligible for a preschool screening at the Early Childhood Center if you live in the Liberty school district. Click the link below to get signed up. If you are participating in PAT please call 816-736-5324 to get scheduled.
