Today we celebrate World Tai Chi Day, a global event honoring this gentle practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and overall well‑being. Tai Chi is known for improving flexibility, reducing stress, and supporting both physical and mental health.
We’re proud to offer Tai Chi here for our community, and we’re especially grateful to Dennis, our volunteer instructor, who generously shares his time, knowledge, and passion with our participants. Thank you, Dennis, for helping others find calm, strength, and balance through Tai Chi.
