ty Episcopal Cathedral, I honored the fiscal work with respect and compassion for the programs and those we served. I am experienced in budget development and oversight, and I pride myself on my fiscal responsibility and willingness to ask for further explanation to fully understand complicated financial situations.

Hello! I’m Cecelia M. Carter, and I’m running to be your 6th District In-District City Council Representative.
