📣 The Office of Community Complaints is hosting a diaper drive to support families in need through Happy Bottoms now until May 14, 2025🤗👶🏽🧺. Happy Bottoms distributes 500,000 diapers monthly, and new families are seeking assistance daily.

You can drop off donations at 635 Woodland Ave., Suite 2102, KCMO. We’re accepting diapers and pull-ups in sizes 4, 5, and 6. Both new and partially used packages are welcome.

311 is the residents’ hotline for City services and information. Call 3-1-1 to report a problem, request a service, or ask a question about a city service within KCMO city limits. Better yet, download myKCMO to report issues from your smartphone. You can even file a complaint of discrimination in employment or public accommodation with our Civil Rights team, or a rental property issue with Healthy Homes!

Please don’t show up at shelter sites without first going through a navigation center. Navigation centers will connect you to the right shelter and support services.

• Unity Southeast: No gender designation

Navigation teams work to move people into referral-based shelters, which cannot be accessed without a referral. Call the hotline for navigation center locations and access times.

This season, we’ve already provided 5,623 bed nights—an increase of 20% from last year, including a 4% increase for men and a 47% increase for women.

In the 1980’s management adopted “Lean Production” to keep workers and consumers constantly under stress and our global supply chain perpetually on the brink of collapse.
