Our 6th Grade DLI Science/Social Studies classes have been hard at work experiencing hands-on learning! 👏🏻

Students used oreos to model and identify the eight phases of the moon. A fun and delicious way to review and learn! Students also learned about cuneiform writing and created their own clay tablets, writing their names using cuneiform symbols just like the ancient Sumerians. History can be FUN! 📖✏️

We are thrilled to congratulate our first Eagle of the Month recipients for the 2026-2027 school year! This recognition was voted on by our teachers and will be passed on each month to the next deserving Eagles. What better way to start this tradition than by selecting the three people that laid the foundation for a successful start to our year.
