It is with profound sadness that we share the off duty passing of Fire Captain Scott Carlile.
Scott was a valued member of the Cedar City Fire Department whose dedication, professionalism, and friendship touched many lives throughout our department and community. His loss leaves an immense void in the hearts of all who knew him.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, and colleagues as we grieve together. We ask for privacy and respect for the Carlile family during this difficult time.
Scott worked and supported his community and The Cedar City Fire Department for 25 years. The best way to honor him is to do exactly that - be there and support each other.
