Statement from the Kanab City Police Department
In Support of the Tremonton Police Department

It is with heavy hearts that the Kanab City Police Department extends our deepest condolences and unwavering support to the Tremonton Police Department following the tragic loss of two of their officers in the line of duty. We also hold in our thoughts the third officer and his K9 partner who were injured and are currently receiving care.
This is a devastating reminder of the dangers law enforcement officers face every day in their commitment to protect and serve their communities. The courage and sacrifice shown by these officers will never be forgotten. We stand with the families of the fallen, the injured, and the entire Tremonton community during this incredibly difficult time.
To our brothers and sisters in blue: you are not alone. The law enforcement community across Utah and beyond grieves with you and stands ready to support you in any way possible.
