Today we had the privilege of celebrating The National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM)’s Mediator of the Quarter, George Winchell. George has served WHMC in countless ways, and we are honored to recognize and celebrate him. This week, state wide eviction processes change. For eviction proceedings regarding non-payment of rent, Landlords must offer mediation to tenants first. WHMC is here to serve both landlords and tenants through the mediation process.
