"What Does Freedom Mean?" With Veterans Day on November 10th we wanted to share a video created by Storyline Multimedia and participation from the Cities of Kalona and Wellman.
The goal was to ask "What does Freedom Mean?" to some of our local Veterans and create a lasting video tribute to share.

JOIN US for Mid-Prairie's FIRST Homecoming parade!! We are excited to begin this tradition for our students, and we hope our community will join in on the celebration! The parade will be Wednesday, September 13th, beginning at approximately 5:45 pm. It will start at the end of Main Street in Wellman, traveling north to the YMCA. Community members are also invited to join us at the high school after the parade to watch high school students participate in kickball and powderpuff, for fall activity announcements, and for the coronation of the Homecoming Queen and King. See you there!
