3 Bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms. Duplexes. 1,400 square feet. Attached garage.

Some have fenced in back yards. We pay all utilities. NO PETS or SMOKING of ANY KIND on the property ever!

I was with ALL of them ALL day….

We installed water softeners, 1 Reverse Osmosis system, 2 new faucets, Closet track replaced. Than just some random things needed a bit of help.

Busy busy day. I’m spent. Laying on my recliner. So done ✅!

Do you need anything else done in the houses other than what you told me?

#70- New faucets in Master Bath

#72- Tighen Guest bath faucets,
Caulk windows.

#74- Guest Toilet Leaking

#76- New Master shower head & clean drain in master sink

#78- New sink faucet

ALL HOUSES-
installing water softeners.
#78 - install a RO system in kitchen sink.

CLEAN OUT YOUR CRAWL SPACE AREAS. I will be here all day. All the workers KNOW to come to me in 76 before they began work.

Keep your blinds at least 4-6 inches up off the window cell. And I highly highly recommend cracking a window in front & in back of the home. Ventilation in the home is critical to maintain the health of both your home & your own health!…. Otherwise you will get mold and moisture trapped in the house. (And that will be your responsibility if it needs cleaned up)

The natural gas & restoration companies told me the same thing!
