We envision ever-increasing stability and independence for the individuals, families and communities we serve by restoring hope and expanding our comprehensive, innovative and proactive social services throughout southwest Michigan. We do this in three primary ways: providing help for today, creating hope for tomorrow, and cultivating caring communities that endure. Our services include:
The Ark
Services for Youth -- a continuum of services for homeless youth and families in crisis including community-based and on-street outreach, shelter, transitional housing, and permanent housing (all including case management and support services). Caring Network - services for pregnant women and parenting moms and dads and their babies/children. Bridges - free outpatient mental health counseling
Baraga Manor Apartments - a living community for older adults and mobility impaired individuals, located in Ostego, Michigan
