“We want to thank all of the voters in Kalamazoo County who decided to step up to the plate and help pass the veterans millage. We carried all 87 precincts with an overall 78% approval rating. We couldn’t be more thankful for the overwhelming support we’ve received in this process. We appreciate all of the volunteers, donations, platforms, and bipartisan support that helped push the veterans millage across the finish line. But the work isn’t done - it’s only just begun. We now have to make sure that we hold our local government accountable and ensure that the money generated from this millage is used to help serve our local veterans and their families. We will continue to be transparent in this process and keep everyone informed as we continue to advocate for veterans issues in Kalamazoo County. Once again, thank you to everyone that helped us along the way! God bless!”

🇺🇸 Good afternoon, Portage! 🇺🇸 The City of Portage Clerk's Office will be open from 8 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, November 4. Staff will be available to answer questions and residents can register to vote, pick up an absentee ballot, and vote.
