PARTY OF ONE: The SAVE Act, designed to keep non-citizens from voting in federal elections, passed despite overwhelming opposition from Democrats.

The lone Democrat “yes” vote came from Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar, who joined 217 Republicans in passing the bill.
