From ideas ➡️ impact💥

Through Boys & Girls Clubs of America Think, Learn, Create Change (TLC) model, our teens from Lahaina, Makawao, Central, Haiku & Paukukalo have been diving deep into issues that matter — building skills, finding their voices, and creating real solutions for their community.💙

Yesterday, they presented those ideas to their very own County Councilmember Yuki Lei Sugimura and County Councilmember Kananoe Batangan🙌🙌

One month of research. One powerful presentation. A lifetime of impact🫶🏽

What an incredible night at Little Chef Big Chef 2026! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳💙

Mahalo to everyone who joined us at the The Westin Maui Resort & Spa for this year’s sold-out fundraiser in support of Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui.

Our Club members — the Little Chefs — teamed up with some of Maui’s talented professional chefs to create unique pupu dishes representing each clubhouse. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed delicious food while watching our keiki shine as they prepared their creations, shared their stories, and confidently engaged with attendees.

The night was filled with creativity, teamwork, and leadership — including a special moment in the middle of the program when the keiki came together to sing “Friends” by Cecilio & Kapono, bringing smiles to guests throughout the room.

Most importantly, the funds raised during this special evening will directly support programs that help Maui’s youth learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

Lahaina members who open savings accounts will receive $100 from our Wildfire Relief Program 🌺

This special offer is available on April 22nd at our Lahaina Clubhouse to registered members of Boys & Girls of Maui, ages 7–18 with a parent or guardian. Please bring a copy of your youth’s birth certificate and a valid ID.

More than a bank account, this is about empowerment, rebuilding, and giving youth a meaningful step toward their future. 🤙
