SUMMIT SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: PEPPERCINI’S | Peppercini's Catering began as a humble sandwich shop in the University Center in Anchorage, founded by brothers Jason and Jeremy Kimmel. It quickly became a community staple celebrated for big flavors, friendly service, and a genuine love for good food. As customer demand grew, catering evolved from a side offering into a full-fledged business. Today, Peppercini’s delivers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even midnight snacks seven days a week, averaging over 1,500 meals weekly across Southcentral Alaska with no delivery fees, hidden charges, or added gratuities. Their menu includes favorites like hot breakfast burritos, their famous Alaskan Jambalaya, and taco bars, and they continue to emphasize transparent, client-focused pricing. Peppercini’s engages deeply with the Anchorage community, supporting local schools, non-profit organizations, and military personnel at JBER through donations, sponsorships, and partnerships. SUMMIT SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: ALASKA DINNER FACTORY | Alaska Dinner Factory is a locally owned meal‑preparation kitchen founded in 2006 to help busy families enjoy healthy, home‑cooked meals with ease. What began as a simple meal‑assembly kitchen grew significantly in 2012 with the launch of the Delivery Club, a subscription service that assembles and delivers meals directly to customers’ homes each month. This expansion allowed Alaska Dinner Factory to reach families not only across Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer, and Wasilla, but also in rural and remote communities throughout Alaska, including Fairbanks, Valdez, Nome, Kotzebue, Adak, and Brevig Mission. In 2015, the company added Alaska Fresh, providing daily cooked lunches and dinners to seniors and vulnerable residents around Anchorage. With two divisions operating from the same kitchen, Alaska Dinner Factory remodeled and expanded its prep space to support both programs, all while maintaining its commitment to food safety and offering convenient options—many featuring gluten‑free ingredients—to help Alaskans enjoy nutritious meals no matter where they live. “ONE VOICE, MANY LIFETIMES” INTERGENERATIONAL CONCERT | On October 18, Alzheimer's Resource of Alaska and Keys to Life are presenting One Voice, Many Lifetimes at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. This is the first event of its kind in Anchorage, bringing together ASD elementary, middle, and high school students with older Alaskans, including individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, for an intergenerational concert centered around music, memory, and connection.

The concert will benefit both Keys to Life and Alzheimer’s Resource Alaska, but it is also an opportunity to create greater awareness and understanding of dementia in our community. We hope it will showcase what is possible when we focus on connection, inclusion, and the abilities of people living with dementia.
