Today, the Grandview Plaza Police Department says farewell to Officer Charles Prather. We thank Officer Prather for his dedication, service, and commitment to both our department and the community we proudly serve. While some goodbyes are harder than others, we are grateful for the impact he has made and the memories shared along the way.
