Sedgwick County Communication Center & Office of Emergency Management Sedgwick County Communications is the 911 and admin contact for all emergency services in the county.

The Sedgwick County Communications Center was established in 2014. The Center fields all emergency and non-emergency calls for the Sheriff's Department, all Sedgwick County Fire Departments and the Sedgwick County Ambulance Service. The Sedgwick County Office of Emergency Management is the main hub for the coordination of disaster management and training; homeland security; emergency preparedness

and education; multi-agency cooperation; and emergency medical and trauma system coordination within the county

Scattered thunderstorms will develop along the I-25 Corridor by early afternoon and then move quickly across the plains by late afternoon into the early evening hours. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main threats from the storms, however, a brief tornado or two will also be possible.

It’s official! Through a partnership with Kids At Their Best and Americorps, we are so excited to announce a FREE summer meal program for ALL YOUTH 18 and under this summer!! Starting Monday, JUNE 8th, we will have lunches available at the Julesburg school cafeteria starting at noon! Our program will run 7 weeks and end Friday July 24th! SedgCo CTC is excited to announce the return of the FREE Summer Activity Program! We will visit all 3 towns each month in June and July, kicking the program off in Sedgwick (the park at West & 3rd) on June 23rd! You can join us in one location or all 3 for games, activities, crafts and of course - free lunches!
