Dear Town Residents. The resolution passed at last Council meeting. Please note changes will start March 1st. When the water and sewer bills come out at the end of this month or beginning of February, please note Korri will send you information if there will be more charges billed to you. A few reminders on what changed: 1) bulk water rate will now be $30 per 1000 gallons. 2) turn on and off fees will be $25 unless it is an emergency then it will be $50. 3) all lots that have water sewer access will be charged $20 per month. If you have not been paying for your lots with access, you will get billed starting March 1st. And 4) there will be a late fee of 3% of your bill charged to you if you have not paid by the 25th of each month. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Korri at the office, Monday through Thursday from 1:30 to 5. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

2. Keep your water shut off clear of snow and accessible.
3. Only authorized personnel can access your water meter.
