All aboard! Join us Wednesday, September 16 for our annual MWA Roadshow!

This FREE public event gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how water is managed throughout our region. This year, we’ll kick things off with a drive-by viewing of the Hi-Desert Water District before making our first stop at Joshua Basin Water District. We’ll then head to our final stop at Bighorn Desert View Water, giving guests the opportunity to learn more about the unique water systems serving our region.

This is a guided tour where walking is required. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot!

🌵🌸 Come Explore the Joshua Basin Water District Demonstration Garden! 🌼🌿

Our Demonstration Garden showcases beautiful, water-wise landscaping designed for our desert environment. With five gardens in one, there’s plenty to explore—from native and wildlife-friendly plants to desert, Mediterranean, thornless, and rock garden landscapes.

☀️ The best time to visit is between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, when temperatures are cooler and you can enjoy a comfortable morning stroll through the gardens. It’s a great time to see the plants, flowers, birds, and pollinators at their most active!

📍 Stop by Monday–Thursday and get inspired with ideas for creating a beautiful, water-wise landscape of your own.
