Our WiFi is currently out at the office so we have no phone. We’re told the the fiber was cut, apparently. You can report an outage by text in the meantime. We’ll keep you posted should we get an update.

Concordia delivered bills to the Jonesville post office on May 28. If you haven’t received your bill, you may need to check with the mail carrier or you’re welcome to call the office or look online for your bill information. Thanks!

The west Ferriday substation will be out for a quick repair at 2 pm today. It should take about 5 minutes; you may see a blink as we switch over.

Just a reminder: We will be killing power out to the Wallace Ridge Substation about 8 am to make a quick repair. The outage shouldn't last but about 15 minutes. Thank you!

A truck has snagged and torn down a line, knocking power out. This is affecting Manifest, Aimwell, Olla, Rhinehart, and Summerville areas. We are making repairs as soon as possible!

We’re aware of the current outages. Unfortunately, they are due to CLECO’s transmission line. At this time, we have no ETA for restoration. If anything changes, we will update.
