We have provided a statement to the Clayton County Board of Education regarding the impact of toxic substances in the food supply on our susceptibility to the Covid-19 pandemic. The topmost substances are excess amounts of fructose from common sweeteners such as table sugar, agave syrup, and corn syrup. Equally toxic to our metabolism are seed oils such as canola, soybean, corn, grapeseed, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, band peanut oils. These are all mitochondrial toxins and cumulatively lead to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and susceptibility to infectious disease, including Covid-19- SARS viral infections. The full statement will be uploaded soon.

For questions about toxicity in your environment, including substances you swallow with your food and drink, please contact us or message us.

We are now offering Total Organic Phosphorus (TOP) analyses on water. Organic phosphorus is a part of
the content of Roundup, chemically known as glyphosate. Many organic phosphorus pesticides and other industrial chemicals used both in agriculture and industry are common in groundwater and non-organic foods.

There was a two hundred million dollar jury award recently in California for a Roundup decision for Lee Johnson. The jury agreed that he suffered Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma as a result of Roundup exposure on his job as a groundskeeper. The jury agreed that the manufacturer Monsanto, now known as Bayer Crop Science, concealed evidence from the public for many years. They knew the compound was toxic for human consumption. Glyphosate is toxic not just to all broadleaf plants but also to the microbiome in our gut ( the " good bacteria and fungi" that are symbiotic with us) and prevents the production and utilization of essential nutrients tyrosine, tryptophan and phenylalanine. These are three amino acids necessary for neurotransmitter serotonin production, setting the stage for mental impairment and psychosis. Lack of tyrosine and phenylalanine inhibits thyroid hormone production as well. Roundup also kills the normal gut bacteria that makes gluten in grains like wheat digestible. When this happens, you too become gluten sensitive even if you don't have celiac disease. ( Source: The Plant Paradox by Steven R Gundry, MD). Our 25 year old son Kevin died after thirteen years of gluten sensitivity and following an overdose of mercury preservative in the vaccines he received when we were getting him ready to go into middle school.

We recommend a Total Organic Phosphorus test because individual analysis of your water, particularly if it's from well water, may not reveal all organophosphorus compounds including glyphosate. You can spend several hundred dollars analyzing for all of them. But we offer this one blanket analysis for $195, on special through May 31, 2019. Normally this is a $250 test.

Call us at 770-473-7617, and we will tell you how to collect a sample with your own container. We will include a total coliforms and E. Coli test for free for samples received through May 31!

Entering the new year we are offering services that help people identify what's poisoning them or killing them. It turns out that mercury and other heavy metals and other things are present in food, vaccines, and other things we take commonly, including prescription medicine, that is as dangerous or much more dangerous than the small amounts present in the water that we drink. Call us now to find out how we can help you identify the things that are making you sick, age prematurely, or otherwise affect the productivity of your business through loss of labor time due to toxicity in the food and or environment around your employees. This is just a friendly discussion and not something we charge for. What we charge for are the actual tests if and when you need them!

Lead is a toxic heavy metal that has been used for the purpose of transporting water since the Roman Societies began constructing aqueducts for their public water supply. As we have advanced we have noted lead's toxicity but have been slow to replace water lines that may still contain lead. Lead Solder, galvanized pipes, and even lead piping is still in use today. It is very costly to replace the piping that runs to an existing residence but your county water authority does yearly testing at rotating locations to identify where it is popping up. The EPA has many great resources and articles like the one linked here if you want more information. If you have any concerns about lead in your water at home, please give us a call.

Nitrates have become somewhat of a hot button topic in recent years. They are found in cured meats and even various leafy vegetables. Low levels in your diet may actually be good for you as it has been shown that it can reduce hypertension. Higher levels can be dangerous and lead to methemoglobinemia, a condition where your organ tissue experiences a lack of oxygen. Nitrates are used mostly in fertilizers and can enter a well system if there is flooding or any damage to the well. If you have concerns about Nitrates in your well water, give us a call and we can help you identify if it is there or not.

Education and information about nitrate and drinking water from private wells, including definitions, symptoms of methemoglobinemia, how methemoglobinemia is diagnosed, how it can be treated, and information on removing nitrate from drinking water.

E. Coli outbreaks are taken very seriously in the world of drinking water. Normal Chlorination procedures or Ultra-Violet Filtration is performed to prevent this in public water supplies but homes on well systems are required to be tested for this as a base parameter before the sale of the house. There are a multitude of tests with varying sensitivities that can be used to detect these bacteria at the lowest of concentrations. If you have any concerns about what is in your water, give us a call for more information.

Escherichia coli (abbreviated as E. coli) are bacteria found in the environment, foods, and intestines of people and animals. E. coli are a large and diverse group of bacteria. Although most strains of E. coli are harmless, others can make you sick. Some kinds of E. coli can cause diarrhea, while ot...

We perform fluoride testing. Although some local water authorities do not fluoridate and the ones that do fluoridate do so at levels that are supposed to protect teeth against decay even when dental hygiene is not the best, we find fluorides in almost all the surface waters we have tested in the headwaters of the Ocmulgee and Chattahoochee River basins. So there may be natural fluoride in your tap water. The following link provides more information so that you can decide about your level of concern about fluorides. Contact us for more information about testing.

Let's talk about water fluoridation this week. And, being that I'm a dentist, you'll probably be a little surprised by my stance on it. At least in terms...
