How does EMA recharge? Turns out…a little bit of everything! 💚
For Mental Health Awareness Month, we asked our staff what they do to recharge and support their mental health. Their answers included:

Taking care of your mental health does not have to look the same for everyone. Sometimes it’s an adventure, sometimes it’s a good book, and sometimes it’s just slowing down and enjoying a quiet moment.
