Rick passed away today at 2:37 PM. He was a truly special person who touched the lives of so many people. His love for animals and dedication to nature were at the heart of everything he did. Rick will always live on in our memories and in the many lives he helped along the way. He will be deeply missed. 🕊️🐯

Rick is making steady progress on the road to recovery. It will still be some time before he is able to come home, but he is moving in the right direction and we are grateful for every step forward. If you want to donate cat food , meats and litter please contact us by messaging us on Facebook and we will set up drop off or pick up times.

We accept Raw Beef, Chicken, and Deer meats. Purina Cat Chow , Fancy Feast Wet food cans , and any brand of litter. Please contact us first before coming to the sanctuary.

Rick, the heart and hands behind the sanctuary, recently had to undergo major surgery. He is on the road to recovery, but it’s going to be a long one. If you’re able, please keep him in your thoughts, send prayers, good vibes, and supplies such as beef and chicken, cat food and litter or a donation. The cats and all of us who love this place are rooting for him every step of the way. 🐾❤️

Diego has passed away . He passed yesterday morning around 6:30 am in Rick's arms. Diego was an old man, we estimate he was in his late 20s . Diego was our mascot and ambassador here at the sanctuary , he greeted guests with a warm meow and gave comfort and love to all the injured, scared, sick animals that came to the sanctuary. He will be missed by so many, just as he was loved by so many .
