Special Service 35 placed in service earlier today. Assisting City of Johnstown Fire Department on scene of an appliance fire that resulted in several residents needing to be evacuated due to smoke. SS 35 personnel provided support services to the firefighters and assisted those occupants, in need, from the building and then back to their apartments upon completion of fire operations. Thankfully, no injuries suffered by any residents or responders.

Special Service 35 assisting Laurel Valley EMS with rehab to units operating on a residential structure fire in Westmoreland County fire district 47. Red Cross is assisting the residents and, thankfully, no injuries sustained by the occupants or responders.
