Okay guys today's topic. Minimum Wage
I believe it is time that working Americans have a liveable minimum wage. This is one of my too priorities. Making sure people can afford groceries their bills and have enough to afford a home and a future for a family is indeed important to me. This should be a nonpartisan issue. But one concern to make this work is to make sure increase in wages are done at a graduated level. The last thing we need is to have an increase in wages while sacrificing the small business in the country. Two other measures that I will work on to make life better for the people of District 1 is to pass universal Healthcare as well as making sure Education is paid from kindergarten through to college. If people don't have to worry about medical bills or figuring out how to pay for the education of their children then the minimum Wage of a workforce by increasing it will maybe actually help people put money away into savings and retirement accounts. It's time to move forward. It's time that the people of our community are able to exist with a bright future in East Tennessee
