The Johnson City Housing Authority (JCHA) has been serving the Johnson City/Washington County area for more than 50 years. JCHA assists eligible very low and low income families by providing opportunities for affordable housing in eight neighborhoods through the public housing program, and throughout the Johnson City/Washington County area with Section 8 Housing Vouchers. JCHA administration, resi

dent associations, recreational partners, and community organizations help give community residents access to social, educational, wellness and recreational opportunities.
