Our main campaign will be taking a break in mid-December, but we'll be starting a shorter parallel campaign on Friday nights in January. If you've always wanted to play D&D, here's your chance.

This will be an urban campaign where our heroes are not heroes at all, but villains!!! We'll be part of an upstart thieves' guild in the Free City of Rin, a human settlement in the southeast corner of the Wood Elf kingdom of Aerallin.

If you're interested, please contact me. We play online using Roll20 and Discord.

Never underestimate how quickly your heroes will lower their guards when they see something cute, even when that cute thing has razor sharp claws and teeth and will grow into an apex predator.

As a second Bugbear's head was separated from his body, it was easy to see how the Human Fighter had risen to such a position of prominence within the Dwarven army. His face and armor were covered in the blood of his enemies and yet he smiled. His new friends were strong, and he was happy to show that he belonged at their side.

But what of this deal with the Adirondack Goblins? Of course every people deserved their own ancestral lands, but could they be trusted? And what of the shadowy evil within Aurithuk's Keep that had them even more terrified than a White Dragon?

Mygo slowly walked through the village looking for the group of heroes. He had been working and planning in his cottage all day and did not hear the rumor about the heroes heading off into the wilds in search of wild rams.

He kept reaching into his pocket, feeling for the fragment of parchment. He had so many questions and he hoped the heroes might have the answers he was looking for.

What did the symbols above the statues mean? What was waiting for him down the tunnel in the abandoned ruins? And what unfinished experiments did the Builders leave behind?

The broken down shack was a welcome refuge from the howling wind and bitter cold of the Taldor Peaks. For a traveler lost in a driving snow storm or caught away from home on a hunting expedition, it was just warm enough to provide a break from the elements until the next dawn. But what were those sounds coming from the trees and the scurrying noises from the roof above?

With Winter fast approaching in the mountain village of Thunderwell, those who paid attention to the small and insignificant details of daily life would have noticed something remarkable going on in the garden outside Mygo Falcon-Plum’s cottage. Despite the cold nights and the frosty mornings, this one garden plot stayed green and vibrant. Each day around noon time, Mygo could be seen filling an old basket with fresh carrots, lettuce, and tomatoes.

On this day, he busied himself inside his small cottage making a big pot of vegetable soup, talking excitedly to the squirrels that had gathered on his window ledge.

“I thought they would have been here by now. You don’t suppose they ran into trouble, do you? One more day, then we’ll have to see about getting started on our own. Friends or no friends, we’ve got to go down that tunnel and see if the box is still there.”

The ferocious Orcs the heroes encountered in the colds of Angramar had chosen to slaughter the precious Mountain Rams rather than fully fight back against the heroes. And yet when they did strike, they nearly killed the young Goblin and the Elf Wizard. How would the battle have gone had the Orcs fully committed to the fight?

Join us Friday 9/18 at 8pm on Roll20 as the heroes limp back to Thunderweld looking for answers.
