Autistic Pride Day is an international celebration that recognizes the importance of pride in being Autistic. It celebrates Autistic identity, neurodiversity, and the positive contributions Autistic people make to society. Celebrating Autistic Pride Day doesn't require eating cake at this particular public event. It can mean openly stimming, expressing yourself naturally, being unapologetically yourself, or whatever makes you proud of being Autistic. Know that this message is echoed by Autistic Pride celebrations taking place publicly and privately around the world: Be proud of who you are.
