We Remember, We Honor, and We Will Never Forget!
Today, September 11th the Village of Johnsburg pauses to remember the lives lost and the countless sacrifices made on September 11, 2001.
We honor the innocent men, women, and children whose lives were taken, the families who were forever changed, and the brave first responders, firefighters, law enforcement officers, emergency personnel, military members, and everyday Americans who answered the call to serve and protect.
Their courage, sacrifice, and selflessness remind us of the strength found in coming together as a community and a nation. The Village of Johnsburg will never forget!
We extend our deepest gratitude to all those who continue to serve our communities and our country each day. Thank you to the professionals and volunteers who stand ready to protect, assist, and care for others when they are needed most.
