Exciting things are happening at St. John’s High School! 🚁
Our Digital Solutions Manager, Tequa McGill, kicked off a new Drone Discovery Club with students at our neighboring St. John’s High School!

Through this hands-on course, students will explore drone technology, discover how drones are used in different industries, and work together to solve real-world challenges. It’s all about introducing students to new technology, building valuable skills, and opening their eyes to future education and career possibilities.

We’re excited to see where this program takes them!

Today was our first day back teaching financial literacy to the 5th graders at Johns Island Elementary School! 📚

We loved getting back into the classroom, meeting so many new faces, and helping students start building important money skills they can carry with them into the future.

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers who joined us today and helped make these lessons engaging and meaningful for the students. We’re excited for another great year of learning together!

Help us teach the next generation smart money skills! 💰

We’re looking for Youth Financial Literacy Volunteers to work with 5th-grade students at Johns Island Elementary School during the 2026–2027 school year.

Volunteers will lead a fun, age-appropriate lesson about making smart financial decisions using a curriculum we provide. No financial, banking, or teaching experience is required—we’ll give you everything you need to feel prepared!

Sessions take place one Friday per month:
8:00–9:00 AM or 9:15–10:15 AM

Upcoming dates begin September 11 and continue monthly through April.

If you’re dependable, encouraging, and enjoy working with young students, we’d love to have you join us!
