Carroll O'Neal Republican for State House, District 115 (R) Candidate for SC House Seat 115 I am Carroll O’Neal, the Republican Candidate for S.C. House District 116. I was born in Charleston and raised in Mt.

Pleasant, so I have a lifelong connection with the Lowcountry. After graduating from Moultrie High School, I attended Jacksonville University where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering. I spent a number of years in the corporate world before starting my own construction company. Since moving to Johns Island, I have become more interested in farming, which takes up a considerabl

e portion of my time now. I am married to Sheryl Willis O’Neal who has strong family ties to Cottageville and Colleton County. I believe in giving back to the area that has been so good to me and my family. After much consideration, this belief led me to enter the race for S.C. After speaking to a number of citizens in the district, I understand times are hard for many people, a situation to which I can relate. Many are simply fed up with government. I am a strong conservative who believes government needs to be meaningful to the citizens, not just a burden. Through this campaign, I have listened to the issues that most concern us locally. I enjoy lively debate and I look forward to speaking to those issues on the floor of the Statehouse on behalf of the citizens of House District 116. I ask for your vote in the upcoming November 4th general election so, together, we can make state government meaningful for the Lowcountry. Thank you,
