At the meeting tonight on 9/1/26 the ZHB denied the challenge because they do not have the legal jurisdiction to hear it.

On 8/27/26 both the township and Plainfield Solar have rested their cases, and the 10/1 meeting will be to set a date for the zhb to issue their final determination. This meeting will take place at the Township building at 6:30 PM.

The motion to continue the hearing for Mr. William Fontaine was granted at the meeting tonight on 8/17/26. It has been continued to 9/1/26 where the Zoning Board will hear the argument on jurisdiction, evidence on standing, and state those granted or denied intervener status.

Good afternoon everyone,

We just wanted to let you know our paving contractor is going to start working on Old Stage Rd tomorrow 8-7-26 weather depending. They will also be there the majority of next week. They will also be moving to Smith Road tentatively next Tuesday 8-11-26, the section between Route 903 and Danner Road. Please allow a few extra minutes and watch out for our work crews. Plainfield Solar, LCC presented their case on July 30th and rested. The hearing has been continued to the 27th of August 6:30 at the township building. The township will present its defense that day.
