So guess what? The Jersey Shore Community Pool will be opening at 1:00 PM today 7/18/26, !Grab your towels, your floaties, your favorite people, and come enjoy a happy, splashy afternoon with us. The water’s ready, the vibes are good, and we can’t wait to see you.

The Jersey Shore Community Pool will be closed today, 7/17/2026, due to continued poor air quality.

We know closures are disappointing, but keeping everyone healthy comes first.

We’ve checked conditions throughout the day, and they still aren’t safe for swimmers or staff.

Due to poor air quality, the Jersey Shore Community Pool will be closed today for everyone’s comfort and safety.

We will reevaluate air quality conditions by 3 PM to determine whether Thursday Night Swim can proceed this evening.

Today, July 8, 2026, we’re celebrating the incredible Jersey Shore Area Elementary School Faculty & Staff for sponsoring a day at the Jersey Shore Community Pool!

Because of their generosity, the first 25 kids get in FREE — a splash of kindness that makes summer brighter for local families.
