PACCAL - Pan American Concerned Citizens Action League Currently, it is funded through private donations, fundraisers, and mostly from the grant provided by Hudson County Office of Aging.

A multi-service 501 (c3) organization founded in 1992 to assess and/or to address the health and human service of Jersey City residents, primarily Asian Americans; And to also provide a comprehensive access to health and human service information. You may also visit us at the PACCAL Neighborhood Center located at 380 Monmouth St., Jersey City, New Jersey 07302. The Center is open only on Tuesdays from 11am to 4pm and other days (by appointment basis.) For information on PACCAL services, please email [email protected]
