157B 1st Street - ARTS 14C studios with three floors of artist projects, performances, installations, exhibitions and open studios
150 Bay Street - the residential section of the building has artist studios open on the 7th floor

Open hours:
Friday, October 3rd - 3pm-8pm
Saturday, October 4th - 12pm-9pm
Sunday, October 5th - 12pm-6pm

It is with a heavy heart, that we wish this creative soul, Robert Kogge, eternal peace in the after life. Robert was a resident for over 17 years. He sadly passed suddenly yesterday 4-20-2023. He was a brilliantly, talented artist and a wonderful part of our artist community. We wish his family peace and In his honor, his family will select some works that will be donated to which will be hung in his memory.
