Come out Saturday, June 11th for our 2nd annual Kids Bike Ride: historical scavenger hunt! Collect clues around our City’s protected bike lanes and win prizes along the way. You can stop and start anywhere. Free to the public. Recommended for ages 6+. Hosted by Department of Infrastructure: Office of Innovation.

TODAY’S THE DAY! The NJ state-wide plastic bag ban is now in effect. Retail stores, grocery stores, and food service businesses will no longer provide or sell single-use plastic carryout bags and polystyrene foam food service products.

The planters and tables will be back as soon as today at the Waldo Av Popup Park and then we will have a planting party to restock the planters there.

Jersey City has been a leader in installing electric vehicle chargers. Our new map shows the location of our 19 current and forthcoming stations. All chargers are level-2, dual-port stations.
