Dear SID Members,

Please be advised that the Central Avenue SID assessment was due on September 1. The City provides a 10-day grace period before interest and late fees begin to accrue.

SID members can view their property tax and SID assessment bills, as well as make payment online, here:
https://apps.hlssystems.com/JerseyCity/PropertyTaxInquiry

Once on the site:
1. Click the search icon (magnifying glass).
2. Select “Property Location.”
3. Enter the property address.
4. Click “Search.”
5. Select the appropriate property.
