🚨🔥 Jerome Rural Fire District #1 Wants YOU! 🔥🚨

Are you brave? Strong? Ready to leap tall buildings in a single bound? (Okay, more like climb ladders and carry heavy hoses, but it still counts.)

We’re looking for folks interested in joining the department! Here’s why firefighters are clearly the best gig in town:

👨‍🚒 We get to drive the big red trucks with sirens that actually make kids wave and smile.

👮‍♂️ Police cars? Cool… but let’s be honest, nobody asks you to bring the police car to the kid’s birthday party.

🔥 We put out fires, rescue kittens, and save the day.
Police? They’re great, but their job is writing tickets while we get to be the heroes in calendars. (You’re welcome, world.)

🚰 Water > Paperwork.
When something goes down, we turn on the hydrant and go full action-movie mode. Police get… pens and citation pads. ✍️

Be honest: if you had to choose between hanging out with a fire hose crew or a radar gun crew, who’s bringing the sparks? (Answer: us. Always us.)

So if you want to be part of Jerome Rural Fire District #1, join up! You’ll serve your community, make awesome memories, and forever win every “Firefighters vs. Police” debate at family BBQs.

👉 Message us to learn more—because being hot is part of the job. 🔥😎

50 YEARS !!!

Please join us in celebrating the career of Chief Joe Robinette and his 50 years of public service to his community.

Chief Robinette leaves some giant shoes to fill, and he will be incredibly missed as he takes some time to enjoy other adventures in life.

There is no doubt that Chief Robinette cares immensely about the Jerome Rural Fire Department, the members, and the citizens of Jerome.

The members of JRFD have been honored and proud to have worked and served beside such a wonderful friend and Chief.

Chief Robinette has, for the last 50 years, given so much time and effort to serve his community whenever there was a need.

A busy evening in the Devil's Corral area. We responded with four brush trucks and a tanker. After the fun was over, BLM sent us home.
