UPDATE- TIME CHANGE FOR CONSTRUCTION:
the construction company has confirmed the lane closures will be from 9am to approximately 5pm. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Elm Street between 111th Street and 121st Street⚠️⚠️⚠️

The contracted construction company is installing stormwater lines along Elm Street between 111th Street and 121st Street over the next 2–3 weeks. During this period, Elm Street (between 111th and 121st) will be restricted to a single lane, with traffic flow managed by flaggers. These lane closures will only occur between 9am-3pm.

Please note that all work is weather dependent.

‼️As a result, lane closures may occur on nonconsecutive days throughout the 2–3 week project window.

⚠️Additional notifications will be issued each morning on the days when lane closures are scheduled to occur.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed.

JENKS BOOMFEST 2026🎆

The most vibrant and largest firework display in the Tulsa region will begin at approximately 9:15-9:30 PM over the Arkansas River.
Jenks’ riverfront attractions will feature multiple ways to enjoy the celebration:

🦈🐠The Oklahoma Aquarium starts their celebration at 6:30pm and will offer a front-row view to watch the presentation on their riverfront backyard, with exhibits available to peruse ahead of watching the fireworks. Food and beverage options will also be onsite and available to attendees.
Oklahoma Aquarium members receive free admission and non-members pay general admission rates. Paid parking will also be available to the public at the Oklahoma Aquarium for $20. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged. Please visit their website for more information and to purchase tickets: www.okaquarium.org.

The RiverWalk in Jenks will also offer a full day of family fun on July 4, including live music, food and more. Please visit https://www.facebook.com/jenksriverwalk for their summer concert series information and other events.🎶

Jenks was named as one of 20 finalists and will compete with the other cities in Denver later this month.

Weeks of sitting down in the same room with each other working on one common goal has been rewarding, refreshing, and challenging (in the best way)! We are lucky to have the people, businesses, and organizations in Jenks that make it so special.💕

From incredible local vendors serving up delicious treats and crowd-pleasing favorites to the energy of the crowd and the excitement of the pie eating competition - it was a weekend to remember!

Pie Eating Contest at Jenks America Food Truck Festival this Saturday, May 30th!🥧

You won’t want to miss the Pie Eating Competition this Saturday at the Jenks America Food Truck Festival!🥧

The competition, presented by Patisserie by Sheila Anne, will take place in the Downtown Commons Park with the Kids Round beginning at 2:00 PM and the Special Guest Round following at approximately 2:20 PM.

Kids interested in participating can enter for a chance to compete in the Kids Round at the Jenks Chamber tent located outside of Anthem Road Academy during the event. The winner will receive 4 passes to the Oklahoma Aquarium, a $25 gift card to Patisserie by Sheila Anne, and a trophy!

Join us on Jenks Main Street from 11 AM – 4 PM for great food, family fun, entertainment, and more!
