Please be aware of temporary traffic impacts along the race routes beginning at 8:00 AM and lasting until approximately 10:00โ€“10:30 AM.

๐Ÿšง Traffic will only be affected when runners are actively crossing roadways in the area.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution, expect brief delays, and plan ahead if traveling near the event route.

These sirens are designed to alert citizens who are outdoors that severe weather is approaching.

Traffic is currently being diverted at Hwy 75 and 121st Street due to a serious injury collision involving multiple vehicles. Emergency crews are actively on scene working the incident.

Please avoid the area and use alternate routes until the roadway can be safely reopened. Expect delays in the area.

Slow down and give first responders room to work safely.

***UPDATE*** 9:42 a.m.: The roadway at Hwy 75 and 121st has been cleared and traffic is flowing normally again.

At this time, no major injuries have been reported. Unfortunately, a dog involved in the collision did not survive.

Today, members of the Jenks Police Department and Tulsa County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) were honored to participate in the Special Olympics Torch Run, helping carry the Flame of Hope in support of the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Oklahoma.

This event is more than a run itโ€™s a celebration of determination, courage, and community. We are proud to stand alongside law enforcement agencies across the state to support these amazing athletes and the inspiring mission of Special Olympics.

Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer on the runners and show support for inclusion and opportunity for all.
