Sullivan Fire director Chris Ramirez attended the workshop as a student in 1995 and later returned as an instructor, teaching there for more than a decade. Tonight 5/28/26 our two chef’s Ryan & John made ribs in the smoker and we had some veggies and water.

Volunteer firefighters go through days of training and intensive courses to keep us safe. Here is an example of a breathe-down drill with the Fallsburg Fire Company. These drills teach firefighters how to manage their air supply during structure fires.
