Center for Lay Ministries Food Pantry & Bliss House The Center for Lay Ministries operates a Food Pantry and the Bliss House residential recovery program.

CLM was incorporated in 1970 but actually began with a food pantry in 1963. CLM FOOD PANTRY: FOOD ASSISTANCE CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:
* Must live in Clark County, Indiana
* Must provide a picture ID and proof of residency of Clark County (proof can be mail, renter's agreement, utility bill, etc.)
* Must identify all individuals currently living in the household
Clients must bring this information with them each time they visit. Contact the pantry at: 812-282-0063 for additional information. BLISS HOUSE: This program serves women from several Indiana counties who are struggling with addiction to drugs and/or alcohol.
