This morning at 3:43 am, a military gentleman from Ohio was having all of his belongs moved to Pensacola Florida by Semi Truck when the Trailer became engulfed in flames. Jefferson Township responded and required a Tanker from Silvercreek Twp, a Tanker from Washington Court House and an Engine and Tanker from BPM. Fayette County Deputies provided traffic control, Fox Towing and Recovery handled the removal, Fayette County Sheriffs Communication Center coordinated dispatching and Fayette County EMS covered a medical call while all of our personnel was busy. Another example of 1 Team with no boundaries working together. Thank You To All Agencies.

Malee Rankin, age 16, left on foot yesterday evening around 5:30 from the Jeffersonville area. She was wearing black leggings, brown long sleeved shirt, tan ugg tennis shoes. She is 5'8, black hair, hoop nose ring.

A recent medical call requiring air medical transport with MedFlight 9 utilizing the Jeffersonville Park for a landing zone.

One of our Firefighters was able to capture 2 separate field fires this evening that we responded to in Jasper Township along with SRWW (Sabina) this evening.

A semi rollover occurred at the 729 & 435 & Bluegrass Blvd Roundabout this morning. Jefferson Twp Fire and EMS responded along with deputies from Fayette County. Fox Towing recovered the vehicle utilizing 3 wreckers and an arrangement of airbags to up right the semi. It was transporting a non hazardous material headed to the Honda Battery Plant. No injuries were reported and the roadway should be clear by 1145. Thank you to all drivers for their patience while traffic was maintained.
