Public Notice – Rezoning Meeting Update
The Twiggs County Planning & Zoning Department would like to clarify the scheduling of the upcoming rezoning meeting for Weyerhaeuser NR Company for the “Data Center”
The meeting was originally advertised for August 21, 2025, but due to a timing issue with the public notice, it was rescheduled to ensure that citizens had a fair opportunity to review the advertisement and participate.
The correct date and time for the rezoning meeting is:
📅 Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM
We apologize for any confusion caused by the earlier advertisement and appreciate the public’s understanding. Our goal is to ensure transparency and provide ample notice so that everyone has the opportunity to be involved in the process.
For clarification, the rezoning hearing will take place on September 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
