Wednesday, September 16th, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 pm we will hold a Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic at the Colebrook Community Center. That is at 682 U.S. Rt. 322 (the corner of Rt. 322 and St.Rt. 46). Everyone is welcome.
⭐You need two MMR vaccines for full protection!!
⭐If you got a first MMR vaccine prior to August 18th, 2026, come get the second MMR now!!
⭐Other vaccines will be offered for children and/or adults.
⭐Free for those who qualify (uninsured and underinsured). All insurances accepted.

Today, Tuesday, September 15th, ACHD will hold a Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic at the Monroe Fire Department. Everyone is welcome! The location is 4095 Center Rd., Conneaut, Ohio 44030. We will be there from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

Today is our Tuesday Vaccine Clinic. Walk-ins are accepted between 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. today and appointments for immunizations are available for Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. No walk-ins on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
Bring insurance cards and shot records if possible. Some vaccines are available at no cost to those who qualify. Parents must accompany minors.
