The Hawks News Team sponsored the end of the year luncheon. A great time was had and everyone enjoyed delicious food from White Plains Golf Club. The news team always makes the media center so special with the decor.

Leveling Up to Middle School 🏫

5th Graders at both Jefferson Elementary School and Pageland Elementary School got a chance to tour NHMS, see new teachers, and even got a taste of middle school in action, observing classes.

The students participated in a scavenger hunt seeing places around the school like the media center, the 6th grade hall, and the main office. They learned answers to questions that would be helpful to them as 6th graders.

We are looking forward to them joining us for our 6th grade orientation this summer.

Last week, we had a celebration called Take it Outside. Students were to dress in their favorite attire for a vacation. The students and teacher's homeroom with the best outfits were rewarded. Mrs. Rohner's HR won for the most participation, as well as 6th grade student Bristol and 8th grader, Hunter. It was great to see all of the students having fun participating dressing up in character.
