August was a busy month for Jefferson Fire Department! Our crews provided fire protection throughout the county fair, helping ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.

We would also like to congratulate Megan Justice and Dave Robinson on successfully completing the Volunteer Firefighter Certification Course at the State Fire Academy!

Congratulations as well to Cooper McMannes on passing his Fire and Emergency Services Instructor exam!

We are proud of their hard work, dedication, and continued commitment to serving our community. Please join us in congratulating them on these accomplishments! 🚒👏

Jefferson Fire Department is pleased to partner with the American Red Cross in offering FREE smoke alarm installations to members of our community.
Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death from a home fire in half. If your home needs smoke alarms, scan the QR code on the flyer and complete the request form. You may also call 216-361-5535 and leave your name, full address, and phone number.
Please note that carbon monoxide detectors are not included in this program.
Help us spread the word by sharing this post with your family, friends, and neighbors. A working smoke alarm could save a life! ❤️🚒

On behalf of everyone at the Jefferson Fire Department, thank you to everyone who came out to support our annual Water Wars: First Responders vs. Kids!

Each year this event continues to grow, and it's all because of the incredible support from our community. Seeing so many families come together for an evening of fun, laughter, and friendly competition is what makes this event so special.
We'd also like to extend a sincere thank you to our neighboring fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies for joining us this year. Your partnership and willingness to participate helped make this event another tremendous success.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and supported us. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with our community, and we can't wait to do it all again next year! 🚒💦❤️
