Some dragons leave footprints that can never be replaced. ❤️💙

Today, we celebrate and say goodbye to some of the incredible educators and staff members who have poured their hearts into Jefferson Academy for many years: Mrs. Overton, Mrs. Boswell, Mrs. Ruzbacki, Mrs. Dye, Mrs. Autrey, Mrs. Ellis, Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Jacobs, and Mrs. McCandless.

Thank you for the countless lives you’ve impacted, the memories you’ve created, and the love you’ve shown our students and families through the years. Your presence has helped shape the heart of our school, and your legacy will continue long after these halls grow quiet for summer.

As you begin your next adventure, we wish you nothing but joy, success, rest, laughter, and all the happiness you deserve. While we will miss you dearly, we know the impact you’ve made will always remain part of Jefferson Academy.

Tonight, we celebrate a very special group of graduates, the children of our Jefferson Academy family!

For years, many of these students have walked our halls, volunteered at events, helped in classrooms, cheered on our Dragons, and grown up alongside the JA community. Watching them reach this milestone is incredibly special for all of us. We cannot wait to see the amazing things you accomplish in this next chapter.

For the last Beta Club meeting of the year, students stuffed boxes for the Jared Box Project. These boxes were delivered to the pediatric unit at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital. The Jared Box Project was created in memory of Jared, a brave and courageous boy who battled cancer. He always wanted to share his toys with other children when going to his appointments. We are so proud of these amazing student leaders and all that they have accomplished this year to make a difference in our community! ❤️
